New Manchester United head coach Ralph Rangnick will have to convince the Football Association to help provide a certificate for a work permit in England. According to report by ufabet

Rangnick was named Manchester United’s new head coach on Monday. It was a short-term coaching session until the end of the 2021-22 season only. However, a day later. The club have confirmed that Michael Carrick will remain in charge of the squad for the clash against Arsenal on Thursday.

The reason Rangnick is still starting his first job at Manchester United. Because he is working on his visa. and obtaining a work permit in the UK.  Also the German coach has not been in charge of the team over the years. Therefore, it is not qualified to obtain a license to work automatically.

So Rangnick has to convince the English Football Association (FA) to help by issuing a certificate.

Rangnick does have plenty of work to do, though, and will not be able to get cracking just yet. As Carrick will remain in the hotseat for United’s clash with Chelsea at the weekend while a work permit is sorted.

United have been in talks with Lokomotiv Moscow over agreeing a compensation fee for Rangnick, who has been their Head of Sports and Development since July.
